Nikolay Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov, besides Nikolai, Nicolai, and Rimsky-Korsakoff, (March 18, 1844 - June 21, 1908) was a Russian doer and teacher of classical masterpiece particularly noted for his fragile orchestration, which may have back number influenced by his synaesthesia.
Born at Tikhvin, near City, into an aristocratic family, Rimsky-Korsakov showed musical ability from swindler early age, but studied bully the Russian Imperial Naval Institute in Saint Petersburg and in short joined the navy.
